Frequently asked questions
Answers to some of the questions we are often asked. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please get in touch.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in Oadby, Leicester, and carry out building work throughout Leicestershire. For the right project, we also work further afield. See the areas we cover for more information.
What types of building work do you take on?
We provide a wide variety of services to domestic and commercial clients, including new-builds, extensions, loft and garage conversions, renovations, kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing, electrical work, small jobs and repairs, commercial building work and shop fitting. See our services for more detail.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. We take on jobs of every size, from small jobs and repairs to complete new-builds, and give each one the same care and attention to detail.
Can you manage the whole project?
Yes. With a varied workforce available, we provide a complete range of trades, from consultancy at the start of a project to decoration at the finish, so you have one team responsible for the work.
How do I get a quote?
Please use the contact form or give us a call to tell us about your project. We will arrange to discuss your needs and then provide a written quotation for the agreed work.
Do you help with planning permission and building regulations?
Every project is different. We will talk through what your project is likely to need at the consultation stage, and can work alongside your architect or designer.
How will you keep disruption to a minimum?
Before work begins, we agree working hours, access, deliveries and site arrangements with you, and keep the site as tidy as possible throughout the project.
What happens if the weather delays work?
Some stages of a build depend on the weather. If conditions affect the programme, we will let you know and agree the next steps with you.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We provide a fully guaranteed service on the work we carry out. We are also listed with the Federation of Master Builders.
